You may file a complaint regarding your shipment within 24 hours after receipt.

If you later discover any damage, the damage should be reported to us by e-mail or by phone. Please keep the original packing until arrival of the person authorized by In Time.

In case of sending an e-mail, please complete the short record of damage.
